RNSG 1162 - Clinical-Mobility
1 credit hour.
Lecture/Lab/Clinical: Fortyh-eight hours of clinical.
Co-requisites: RNSG 1327 RNSG 1215
Detailed education begins on campus in laboratory setting before moving to clinical site for training and work-based experience and direct patient/client care. Focus is on applying principles of professional nursing to role change. Applying foundations of care, which includes adaptation, interpersonal relationships, pharmacology, safety, teaching and learning, ethical-legal concepts, cultural issues, interdisciplinary health care team, patient-centered care, patient-safety advocate, manager of care and member of a profession.
