MATH 0100 will contain essential foundational concepts needed for success in MATH0304 but not frequently mastered by students who do not exhibit adequate preparation for the following topics: In developing skills, strategies, and reasoning needed to succeed in mathematics, including communication and appropriate use of technology. Topics include the study of numeracy and the real number system; algebraic concepts, notation, and reasoning; quantitative relationships; mathematical models; and problem solving. (Fall, Spring, Summer)
