Faculty Advisor: Dr. Mark Bouwens • 903-434-8297 (mbowens@ntcc.edu); Dr. Paula Wilhite • 903-434-8281 (pwilhite@ntcc.edu)

Northeast Texas Community College and Texas A&M University-Commerce have entered into a Transfer Course Agreement that will provide a seamless transition for students who complete the Associate of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering (IE) to a Bachelor of Science Degree in IE at A&M-Commerce. An NTCC student must complete the approved A.S. in Industrial Engineering degree plan with a 2.0 GPA and no grade below C in science and mathematics courses in order to be guaranteed admission as a junior in the Industrial Engineering program at A&M-Commerce. Students should consult a faculty advisor or an academic advisor early in their program of study. These are suggested courses for students who plan to transfer to a four-year college or university and major in industrial engineering. Transferability and specific requirements can be determined only by the receiving institution. Only college-level courses apply toward completion of this curriculum and the graduation requirements for the A.S.
