5 credit hours. Lecture/Lab/Clinical: Two hours lecture and nine hours of lab each week. Prerequisite(s): Valid operator license, Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The fundamentals of instruction of cosmetology students. The course will develop an understanding of classroom/clinic management, design teaching methodologies, and how to design and implement lesson plans.
