PHYS 2425 - Advanced Physics I 4 credit hours. Lecture/Lab/Clinical: Three hours of lecture and three hours of lab each week. Prerequisite(s): MATH 2413 This is a calculus-based physics course intended for students majoring in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or related fields of study. Topics include 1-D motion, 2-D motion, rotational motion, Newton’s laws, energy, momentum, equilibrium, gravity, oscillatory motion, waves, and heat. (Fall)
