3 credit hours. Lecture/Lab/Clinical: Three hours of lecture each week. Identify the critical elements necessary for operation of a successful collision repair facility. Course will cover budget and goal setting, self-appraisal, selling skills, supplies and tool requirements, job flow, job costing, and bookkeeping requirements.
