MDCA 1417 - Procedures in a Clinical Setting II
4 credit hours.
Lecture/Lab/Clinical: Three hours of lecture and four hours of lab each week
Prerequisite: MDCA 1317
This course places emphasis on patient-centered assessment, examination, and treatment as directed by a physician. It includes vital signs, collection and documentation of patient information, asepsis, office clinical procedures, and other treatments as appropriate for ambulatory care settings.
