BIOL 2404 - Introduction to Anatomy and Physiology 4 credit hours. Lecture/Lab/Clinical: Three hours of lecture and three hours of lab each week. Introduction to Anatomy & Physiology is a single-semester survey course covering the structure and function of the human body. Major topics include cell structure and function, tissues, and organ systems including the neuroendocrine, integumentary, musculoskeletal, digestive, circulatory, respiratory, urinary and reproductive systems. This course cannot replace or but can be used as preparation for BIOL 2401 or for preparation for certain certificate programs or as a non-major science elective to some universities.
