MATH 1324 - Finite Mathematics 3 credit hours. Lecture/Lab/Clinical: Three hours of class each week. Prerequisite: MATH 0305 or its equivalent, or an appropriate placement score
This is a course in finite mathematics for business majors with emphasis on applications to modern business practices. Topics include sets, linear equations and inequalities, functions and graphs, linear programming, matrices, simplex method, counting principles, and introductory probability. Class projects may be assigned.
