MDCA 1305 - Medical Law and Ethics

3 credit hours.
Lecture/Lab/Clinical: Three hours of lecture each week
This is a course of instruction in principles, procedures, and regulations involving legal and ethical relationships among physicians, patients, and medical assistants. It includes current ethical issues and risk management as they relate to the practice of medicine and fiduciary responsibilities. This is a writing intensive class.
