HIST 2322 - World Civilization II 3 credit hours. Lecture/Lab/Clinical: Three hours of class each week This course studies the development of world civilization from the seventeenth century to the present and is a continuation of HIST 2321 . Topics include the scientific and industrial revolutions; the Enlightenment, the French Revolution and Napoleonic Wars; the rise of democracy, as well as nationalism, liberalism, and socialism; World Wars I and II; and the challenge of current global affairs.
