Lecture/Lab/Clinical: Three hours of lecture each week.
An introduction to the concept of sustainable agriculture, and examine the impact from social, economic, technological, and environmental perspectives. Integration of crop and livestock management, conservation practices, orgainc practices, and farming techniques to increase agricultural production, efficiency and profitability.
